You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- Products which are considered faulty upon unboxing or which malfunction within 30 days of purchase may be returned to the store for inspection. Following this inspection, should it be confirmed that there is a manufacturer’s defect, a refund may be remitted to the customer. As a courtesy for your peace of mind, Deepak Dawar Imports will inspect each package before it leaves the store.
